Subject: New Utility Billing System Launch & Updated Late Fee Schedule Dear Residents, The City of Buffalo is excited to announce the launch of our new online utility billing system, MuniBilling, designed to improve convenience, transparency, and access to your account information. Starting this month, residents can create an account at MuniBilling Portal to view bills, make payments, and receive important notices. As part of this transition, our late fee schedule has been updated to reflect the following: 🔹 12-Day Notice
- A flat $5.00 late charge will apply if:
- Your account is active
- Your bill balance is $10.00 or more
- Your bill is 1 days past due
- A flat $25.00 late charge will apply if:
- Your account is active
- Your bill balance is $10.00 or more
- Your bill is 12 days past due
- A 1.5% charge on the overdue balance will apply if:
- Your account is active
- Your bill is 21 days past due
- Your balance is $0.01 or more
